The home features a kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge, microwave, and a Keurig Mini. The bedroom includes one queen bed with a large closet and a workspace. The bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower. Please note that the unit does not have a stove, dishwasher, or washer/dryer.
Here is the best part, the home is directly across the street from eight|11, a Locally owned, unique Wine Bar and Kitchen located in Historic Downtown Frisco. eight|11 place is the perfect place to enjoy a superb wine or savor a craft beer, eat food that warms the soul and cozy up to incredible live music on our one-of-a-kind patio. The patio will play live Music until 10:00 PM Wednesday-Saturday.
About the Owner
We created this space to welcome guests to the Frisco Rail District, the perfect night away in downtown Frisco. We live on site in main house that we purchased in 2024 to be closer to downtown. We have a handicapped son who loves to be outside. The Rail District in Frisco is a very walkable area, with food and entertainment only steps away.
